Mouse & Key GPU & Apparel Giveaway – Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Mouse & Key GPU & Apparel Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Lamily LLC d/b/a Mouse & Key, 1457 Kelly Road #470, Apex, NC 27502 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, members, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on:
Start: 7/12/2026 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time
and ends:
End: 7/18/2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time
Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary.
During the Giveaway Period, entrants may earn entries by completing eligible actions through the official SweepWidget campaign, including:
- Following Mouse & Key on eligible social media platforms
- Liking the designated giveaway post(s)
- Commenting on designated giveaway post(s)
- Sharing eligible giveaway content where applicable
- Joining the Mouse & Key Discord
- Subscribing to the Mouse & Key YouTube channel
- Any additional entry methods listed within the official SweepWidget campaign
Only entries recorded by the official SweepWidget campaign will be considered.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify all entries.
Use of bots, fake accounts, scripts, automated methods, or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 Winner)
- One (1) Gaming GPU
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $670.00
Apparel Prizes (2 Winners)
Each winner will receive:
- One (1) Mouse & Key T-Shirt
Approximate Retail Value: $35.00 each
Total Apparel Prize ARV: $140.00
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes:
$810.00
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection
Three (3) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor's decisions are final.
7. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be contacted through the email address or social media account associated with their entry.
A potential winner must respond within 72 hours.
Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Prize Verification
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner.
For prizes having a value requiring tax reporting under applicable law, Sponsor may require completion of:
- IRS Form W-9
- Identity verification
- Additional documentation reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
9. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or successor form).
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, username, city, state, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Lamily LLC d/b/a Mouse & Key and each of its officers, members, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
13. Privacy
Information collected during the Giveaway is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at:

14. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, X (Twitter), or SweepWidget.
Participants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
15. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.
I would make two changes based on your experience
Since you've already run larger giveaways, I'd recommend adding these two provisions:
Fraud & Duplicate Accounts
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant found to be using fake accounts, multiple accounts, bots, VPNs, or other methods intended to unfairly increase the odds of winning.
Shipping
Sponsor will pay standard shipping within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments once delivered to the shipping carrier.
