Acceptance

By participating in any Mouse & Key giveaway, promotion, or contest, you agree to these Giveaway Terms & Conditions, the applicable Official Rules, and Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Compliance with Platform Rules

Entrants agree to comply with the rules and community guidelines of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Discord, X, SweepWidget, and any other platform used for the promotion.

Fraudulent Activity

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse eligibility or disqualify any individual who has previously engaged in fraud, chargebacks, harassment, threats, abusive behavior toward Sponsor or other participants, or conduct that Sponsor reasonably believes could compromise the integrity or reputation of the Promotion. Sponsor's determination shall be final.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entrant who:

• Uses fake accounts
  
• Creates multiple accounts
  
• Uses bots or automated software
  
• Attempts to manipulate votes or entries
  
• Provides false information
  
• Violates these Terms
  

Sponsor's determination is final.

User Content

If you upload photos, videos, comments, reviews, or other content in connection with the giveaway, you grant Mouse & Key a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, display, and use that content for marketing purposes.

Winner Verification

Entries are considered received only when successfully recorded by Sponsor's designated giveaway platform. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, corrupted, delayed, blocked by a third-party platform, or otherwise not successfully recorded.

Sponsor may require reasonable verification before awarding any prize, including:

• Proof of identity
  
• Age verification
  
• Address confirmation
  
• IRS Form W-9 when required by law
  

Failure to complete verification may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Prize Conditions

Prizes:

• are non-transferable
  
• have no cash value unless expressly stated
  
• may not be exchanged
  

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

DISQUALIFICATION / BAD ACTOR POLICY

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry, remove entries, disqualify participants, or deny prizes to any individual who:

• Has previously engaged in fraudulent activity involving any Mouse & Key promotion;
  
• Has violated these Terms or any applicable Official Rules;
  
• Has engaged in harassment, threats, abusive conduct, or misconduct toward Sponsor, its representatives, or other participants;
  
• Has attempted to manipulate or interfere with the integrity of any promotion;
  
• Has engaged in chargeback fraud or other dishonest conduct involving Sponsor.
  

Sponsor's determination regarding eligibility and disqualification shall be final and binding.

Shipping

Sponsor is responsible for standard shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, lost packages, customs delays, or incorrect addresses supplied by entrants.

Taxes

Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Sponsor may issue IRS tax forms where required by law.

Privacy

Information collected will only be used for administering the giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release Sponsor from claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

Modification or Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other events impair its integrity.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of North Carolina. See SM Official Rules for details.
