NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

By participating in any Mouse & Key Twitch giveaway (“Promotion”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

1. SPONSOR

The Promotion is sponsored by Mouse & Key (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor may be ineligible at Sponsor’s discretion.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Each giveaway begins and ends on the dates/times announced by Sponsor during the applicable Twitch livestream, social media post, Discord post, or related announcement (“Promotion Period”).

Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Entry methods for each Promotion will be announced during the applicable livestream or official announcement and may include Twitch chat participation, following instructions announced on stream, or other free methods of entry.

No purchase is necessary.

Limit one (1) entry per person for each individual Promotion unless otherwise stated. Eligible non-winners may enter future Promotions.

Each giveaway is a separate promotion unless otherwise stated. Entry into one giveaway does not automatically enter any future giveaway. Non-winning entrants may enter future giveaways if eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to limit repeat wins or disqualify abusive entry behavior to promote fairness.

Use of multiple accounts, bots, scripts, automated methods, fraudulent entries, or attempts to gain unfair advantage may result in disqualification.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Winner(s) will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, unless otherwise announced for a specific giveaway.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winner(s) may be announced live on stream may be required to respond in Twitch chat, via Twitch whisper, email, Discord, or other reasonable contact method.

Potential winner must respond within fifteen (15) minutes of notification unless otherwise stated. Failure to respond within the stated time may result in disqualification.

Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.

7. PRIZES

Prize descriptions, approximate retail value (“ARV”), quantity, and any restrictions will be announced for each Promotion.

No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption by winner except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes are awarded as-is, without additional warranties except any applicable manufacturer warranty.

Winner is responsible for setup, compatibility, internet service, peripherals, and all costs not specifically stated.

8. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes, duties, fees, or reporting obligations arising from acceptance or use of any prize.

Sponsor may request tax or eligibility documentation where required by law.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s first name, username, likeness, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

10. CONDUCT / DISQUALIFICATION

  • use fake or duplicate accounts
  • act in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner
  • violate Twitch rules or applicable laws
  • attempt fraud or manipulation

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Twitch, and their respective affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, injury, damage, loss, or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

  • lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or delayed entries
  • technical failures
  • internet outages
  • Twitch platform issues
  • unauthorized human intervention
  • shipping delays or carrier damage beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control

12. TWITCH DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitch.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from winners may be used solely for prize fulfillment, eligibility verification, legal compliance, and administration of the Promotion, subject to Sponsor’s privacy practices.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Rules shall be governed by the laws of the state selected by Sponsor, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. WINNER LIST

For winner information, send a request within sixty (60) days after the applicable Promotion ends to Sponsor through official Mouse & Key contact channels.

16. RULE CHANGES / CANCELLATION

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

17. ACCEPTANCE

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
