NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in any Mouse & Key Twitch Giveaway ("Promotion"), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
1. SPONSOR
The Promotion is sponsored by Lamily LLC d/b/a Mouse & Key ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared a winner.
Employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, agents, representatives, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor may be ineligible at Sponsor's discretion.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
Each Promotion begins and ends on the dates and times announced by Sponsor during the applicable Twitch livestream, Discord announcement, or other official Mouse & Key communication.
Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary.
Entry methods for each Promotion will be announced during the applicable Twitch livestream or official Mouse & Key announcement and may include Twitch chat participation, following instructions announced on stream, Discord participation, or other free methods of entry.
Unless otherwise announced, limit one (1) entry per person for each Promotion.
Use of multiple Twitch accounts, bots, scripts, automated methods, fraudulent entries, VPNs, fake accounts, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period unless otherwise announced for a specific Promotion.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winner(s) may be announced live during the Twitch livestream and may also be contacted through Twitch, Discord, email, or another reasonable contact method.
Unless otherwise announced, winners must respond within fifteen (15) minutes while the livestream is active or within seventy-two (72) hours if contacted after the livestream.
If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, fails verification, fails to provide requested documentation, or violates these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner.
7. PRIZES
Prize descriptions, approximate retail value ("ARV"), quantity, eligibility requirements, and any applicable restrictions will be announced during the applicable Promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. TAXES
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes arising from acceptance or use of any prize.
Where required by applicable law, Sponsor may require proof of identity, proof of residency, proof of age, tax documentation (including IRS Form W-9 for eligible U.S. winners), or other documentation before awarding a prize.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, username, city, state or province, country of residence, likeness, voice, photograph, and statements relating to the Promotion for advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. CONDUCT / DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who uses fake or duplicate accounts, bots, scripts, automated methods, attempts fraud or manipulation, provides false information, violates Twitch's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or otherwise acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
11. STREAM PARTICIPATION
Some Promotions may require winners to be present during the livestream to claim a prize. When live attendance is required, Sponsor will announce that requirement before the Promotion begins. If live attendance is not required, Sponsor will specify an alternate claim process.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Lamily LLC d/b/a Mouse & Key, Twitch, Discord, and their respective owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including technical failures, internet outages, platform issues, unauthorized intervention, or shipping delays beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
13. TWITCH DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Twitch.
14. PRIVACY
Information collected from participants and winners may be used solely for administering the Promotion, prize fulfillment, eligibility verification, tax compliance where required, and purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
15. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. WINNER LIST
For winner information, submit a request within sixty (60) days after the Promotion ends through Sponsor's official Mouse & Key contact channels.
17. RULE CHANGES / CANCELLATION
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
18. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
