NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in the Mouse & Key 7-Day GPU & Apparel Giveaway ("Promotion"), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
1. SPONSOR
The Promotion is sponsored by Lamily LLC d/b/a Mouse & Key ("Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Canadian residents selected as potential winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared a winner.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor may be ineligible at Sponsor's discretion.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins on __________ at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on __________ at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time.
Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase is necessary.
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may earn entries by completing eligible actions through the official SweepWidget campaign, including but not limited to:
- Following Mouse & Key on eligible social media platforms
- Liking designated giveaway post(s)
- Commenting on designated giveaway post(s)
- Sharing eligible giveaway content where applicable
- Joining the Mouse & Key Discord
- Subscribing to the Mouse & Key YouTube channel
- Any additional entry methods listed within the official SweepWidget campaign
Only entries successfully recorded by the official SweepWidget campaign will be considered eligible.
Use of multiple accounts, bots, scripts, automated methods, fraudulent entries, VPNs, or attempts to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification.
5. WINNER SELECTION
Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- One (1) Grand Prize Winner
- Four (4) Apparel Prize Winners
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding any prize.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winner(s) will be contacted using the email address or social media account associated with their SweepWidget entry.
Potential winners must respond within 72 hours unless otherwise stated.
If a potential winner:
- does not respond within the required time;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- cannot be contacted;
- declines the prize;
- fails required verification;
- fails to complete any required tax documentation; or
- violates these Official Rules;
Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and randomly select an alternate winner.
7. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1 Winner)
- One (1) Gaming GPU
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $670.00 USD
Apparel Prizes (4 Winners)
- One (1) Mouse & Key T-Shirt (winner's choice)
- Approximate Retail Value: $35.00 USD each
Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $810.00 USD.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption by winner except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. TAXES
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes arising from acceptance or use of any prize.
Where required by law, Sponsor may require the Grand Prize winner to complete IRS Form W-9 (or equivalent documentation) and may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or successor form.
9. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor to use winner's first name, username, likeness, city/state or province, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. CONDUCT / DISQUALIFICATION
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who:
- uses fake, duplicate, or multiple accounts;
- uses bots, scripts, or automated entry methods;
- provides false or misleading information;
- attempts fraud or manipulation;
- acts in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner;
- violates these Official Rules or applicable laws.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, SweepWidget, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, X (Twitter), and their respective owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claim, injury, damage, loss, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, or delayed entries;
- technical failures;
- internet outages;
- platform outages;
- unauthorized human intervention;
- shipping delays or carrier damage beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
12. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, X (Twitter), or SweepWidget.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants and winners may be used solely for administering the Promotion, prize fulfillment, eligibility verification, tax compliance where required, and other purposes described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. WINNER LIST
For winner information, send a request within sixty (60) days after the Promotion ends through Sponsor's official contact channels.
16. RULE CHANGES / CANCELLATION
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or any factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
17. ACCEPTANCE
Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.
